• Daily-driven rigs on 35–37s: Our D489 high-pinion Dana 44 front housings use 3.0 in DOM tubes and accept common carrier and locker choices, making them a smart JK upgrade over the stock D30 with better tube OD, wall, and serviceability.
• Weekend warriors on 37–40s: Step into Dana 60 bolt-ins. For JK and JL, we offer semi-float options that keep OE brakes where noted, plus true full-float JK packages for maximum load capacity and serviceability.
• Big power and 40–42 in tires with highway miles: Choose our high-clearance Dana 80 rear. You trade a bit of ground clearance for massive bearings and stability under heat and mileage — exactly what long-trip rigs need.
• Buggies and comp-style builds: Our proprietary high-clearance 14-bolt castings deliver the classic 10.5 in gear strength with a flatter, pre-shaved profile and tie-in bosses for truss loads. Partial-shave and full-shave packages available.

Vehicle-Specific Highlights

• Jeep JK: D489 HP front housings with 3.0 in tubes; Dana 60 rear in semi-float (stock brakes via billet ends) or full-float with 35-spline chromoly shafts. Note: the JK semi-float package calls for a new rear driveshaft.
• Jeep JL: Semi-float Dana 60 rears in 35- or 40-spline, ECGS high-clearance 14-bolt partial-shave and full-shave options, plus our JL-specific D80 full-float for 40-spline builds.
• Toyota Tacoma (’05–’23): Bolt-in Dana 60 rear retains key OE interfaces and ships with Tacoma-specific brackets, U-bolts, and plates for a clean install.
• Classic Ford Bronco (’66–’77): Period-correct Dana 44 fronts and new-steel Ford 9 in rears in 31- or 35-spline trim to keep the vintage look with modern strength.

Tech that Matters

• New forgings only: The ECGS line covers 485 (old-school 44), 489 HP fronts/rears, high-clearance Dana 60 fronts and rears, our redesigned 14-bolt castings, and the high-pinion D80 for extreme duty.
• Tubes, gears, and lockers: 3.0–4.0 in tube options where applicable, 9.75–11.25 in ring gear families across 60/14B/80, and compatibility with common lockers called out per product.
