Tech Note: The easiest way to distinguish between 8 inch and 8.2 is the studs on a 8.2 are 12mm.
It takes a 14mm socket to remove T8.2 where as the T8 are 10mm studs and require a 12mm socket.
These are the studs that hold the differential into the housing.
