OE Style adapter flange to mate the round flange Style Ford 8.8 axle to your 1330 Ujoint. Bolts are not included But can be added with drop down option. Bolts are not cheap grade 8 hardware store bolts. They are grade 12.9, 12 Point Metric identical to what is used in factory application to withstand high torque. (Loctite recommended w/ installation of bolts).
This will NOT work on factory XJ, TJ, YJ, and ZJ unless the driveshaft has a 1330 joint at the axle end. Only 94-95 YJ's and 97-98 ZJ 5.9 came factory with 1330
