ECGS KP540 wheel end kit features 40 Spline 1550 U-Joint compatible Inner C's, Knuckles, Spindles, and Hubs. This development has created the strongest and most serviceable 1550 joint axle in the aftermarket today.
This kit comes complete from inner C to hub with options for High Steer Arms, and locking hubs or slugs. This is a wholly new design and components cannot be used with other set-ups, however, Our Inner C's are compatible with other 1550 joint KP wheel ends on the market. Featuring an industry first 40 spline locking hub, This kit is truly the next level of off-road axle engineering. This KP540 kit also shares Wheel bearings and spindle nuts with our 40 spline rear kit, allowing you to keep fewer parts on the shelf for service and fewer part numbers to remember!

- - 2x KP540 inner C's for 4.0" tube
- - KP cones, bushings, lower parts kits, lower KP caps and hardware ( add one of the HSA options to complete and hang knuckle)
- - 2x KP540 Knuckles
- - 2x 4340 40 spline stub shafts (rcv big bell stubs available)
- - 2x KP540 Spindles with 20 spindle bolts and 2 bearing/seal kits
- - 2x 52 tooth ABS compatible wheel hubs, 8x6.5" bolt pattern, complete with 9/16-18 wheel studs, bearings, and seals
- - 2x spindle nuts
- - 2x 14" late model dodge rotors
- - 2x dodge 3500 calipers loaded with pads and banjo bolts (wilwood options available)
Option Sets:
High Steer Arms:
- Hydro assist - Best when running a conventional tie rod and drag link. Comes with a single hole passenger side arm, a driver side cap, and all hardware.
- Full hydro - Features Dual Sheer Tie in arms that bolt through both the arm and the knuckle, comes complete with hardware and DOM tube to complete set up.
- Blank Arms - A pair of arms with no holes for custom steering, dual hole high steer is possible, allows drilling of hole locations from 4.5" - 8" from center of preload set screw hole.
Locking hubs or Slugs:
- Locking hubs - Proprietary 40 spline locking hubs, black Cerakote with ECGS logo.
- Slugs - 40 spline drive slugs, black caps with ECGS logo.
